Men’s Earrings FAQs
Which ear should I wear an earring in?
There's no rule - it's entirely down to personal choice. Plenty of our customers wear a single earring on either side, and just as many wear a pair.
Should I wear one earring or a pair?
Both work. A single earring gives a subtle, understated look, while a pair or a stack - mixing hoops with a pendant style like the Cross or Estoc - makes more of a statement.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. Every earring is 925 sterling silver, which is naturally hypoallergenic, so they're built for everyday wear.
What's the difference between your silver and gold earrings?
Every piece starts as 925 sterling silver. Our gold styles are the same sterling silver base with gold plating over the top, so you get the same design in either finish. Both are hallmarked at British Assay Offices.
How do I look after my earrings?
Sterling silver can dull naturally over time, so give yours a wipe with a soft cloth after wear and store them somewhere dry. Full instructions are in our Jewellery Care Guide.
Are your earrings hallmarked?
Yes. Every piece carries the full UK hallmark - sponsor's mark, fineness mark, millesimal fineness mark, Assay Office mark and year mark. See our Hallmarking Guide for what each one means.
What if I feel the need to return my purchased earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged once received, so it's worth checking style, size and finish carefully before you order - our product photos and descriptions are there to help. If there's a fault with your piece, that's covered separately by our one year warranty.
How long will delivery take?
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours or DPD Next Day, with free delivery on orders over £150 (or free next day on orders over £250). Order before 1:30pm and it'll be processed the same day.
I'm buying a pair of men’s earrings as a gift - what if I need to return them in this instance?
Because earrings can't be returned once received, a Gift Card is the safer option if you're not completely sure of their style - it lets them choose their own piece.
Is there a warranty if something goes wrong?
Yes. Every order is covered by our one year warranty, so if for any reason there is a fault with your earrings, get in touch and we'll sort it.
