EU & Worldwide
We offer worldwide delivery to most countries. We are unable to ship to some countries due to strict import laws.
All international orders are shipped via FedEx and will take approx. 3–7 days depending on delivery destination. The Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey are served by our UK delivery options rather than FedEx.
Free delivery
Free delivery is applied automatically once your order reaches:
- Europe (€ markets) - EUR 200
- United States - USD 250
- Canada - CAD 350
- Australia - AUD 350
- Switzerland - CHF 175
All other destinations are charged a flat delivery rate, shown at checkout. Free delivery isn't available in these markets.
Order in your local currency
You can order in your local currency, and your location is picked up automatically when you arrive. Prices are shown in local currency wherever we're able to; a small number of countries are priced in pounds, and if yours is one of them that's the currency you'll be charged in.
If you're using a private browser or VPN, you may need to pick your country and currency manually using the selector in the top right.
Duties & taxes
Duties and taxes are dealt with up front rather than on delivery, so for almost every country we ship to there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
Across the EU and most of Europe — your local VAT and import duty are already included in the price you see. Prices differ between countries because each includes that country's own tax rate.
United States and Canada — import duty is included in the price. Sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay, as is standard in both countries.
Everywhere else — where local tax is due, it is calculated and added at checkout. Below a country's duty-free threshold, usually nothing is charged at all.
The exception — Åland Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Svalbard and Vatican City. We can't calculate local charges for these in advance. Your price excludes UK VAT, and any local tax or clearance fee is collected on arrival. If you're ordering to one of these, your local customs authority can tell you what to expect.
Returns
We have a hassle-free portal that helps you return. You can either use the FedEx label we provide, or send the item back with your own courier.
A £3 handling fee is deducted from your refund. If you use our FedEx label, a £20 return shipping fee is deducted as well — that's charged once per return, not per item. If you use your own courier there's no £20, but you'll pay your own postage.
We're unable to offer exchanges on international orders. If you need a different size, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
If your item is faulty, or we've sent you the wrong one, we'll resolve it at no cost to you. No fees are deducted and we cover the return shipping.
If you use your own courier, we strongly recommend a tracked service. If the return is lost in transit to us, you will be responsible for the claims process.
