You can return your parcels quickly and easily to us at Serge!

Where are you returning your products from?

UK

For all of our UK returns you can now use our brand new Returns Portal which allows you to save time by easily returning jewellery to us, easily swapping sizes which don’t fit for new ones, and self-creating free returns labels without having to get in touch with our returns team!

* Please note: sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Sale items returned outside of the 14 day period will only be offered store credit.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their pouch and in perfect condition. We are unable to accept returns on earrings, ring sizers, socks and items bought with any discount applied.

How does the portal work?

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or swap your items with ease.

To begin your return or swap follow these steps:

  1. Open the Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your Order Number and the Email Address which was used on the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return to us.
  4. Select if you would like to Return or Swap the items.
  5. Print out the postage label and attach it to the original packaging.
  6. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal.

Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.

EU & Worldwide

Our worldwide returns are handled by our Trusted Third Party Shipping Handler. To process your World Wide / EU return please fill out their returns form using the button below.

Please remove '#UK' and use the numerical values only when using the Returns Portal - it won't work with '#UK' included.
