For all of our UK returns you can now use our brand new Returns Portal which allows you to save time by easily returning jewellery to us, easily swapping sizes which don’t fit for new ones, and self-creating free returns labels without having to get in touch with our returns team!

* Please note: sale items are only available for store credit, or exchanges.

Due to current circumstances, we have extended our returns period from 30 days to 60 days.

Items must be returned in their velvet pouch and in perfect condition. We are unable to accept returns on Earrings, Ring Sizers, Face Mask, and Socks.

How does the portal work?

Using the returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or swap your items with ease.

To begin your return or swap follow these steps:

  1. Open the Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your Order Number and the Email Address which was used on the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return to us.
  4. Select if you would like to Return or Swap the items.
  5. Print out the postage label and attach it to the original packaging.
  6. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal.

Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that.

Worldwide Returns Process

Our worldwide returns are handled by our Trusted Third Party Shipping Handler. To process your World Wide / EU return please fill out their returns form using the button below.
