The box features an outer sleeve made from sturdy linen textured card which is finished with a matte printed logo. Inside the box it is completed with a ribbed fabric in a cool grey tone to match the outer of the box. 

When ordered with a product, the product is placed inside its pouch and then neatly placed inside the box for presentation.

UK, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey — FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours when you spend £150. FREE DPD Next Day Delivery when you spend £250. Next day isn't guaranteed to the Isle of Man or Channel Islands.

International — Sent via FedEx, arriving in approx. 3-7 days, with duties and taxes handled up front in almost all destinations. Free delivery thresholds apply in selected markets.

Returns

If you need to return an item because it's the wrong size, or you don't love the style, you can send it back through our returns portal within 30 days.

UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands — your return label is free. £3 is deducted if you're refunded; exchanges are free.

International — £3 handling and £20 return shipping are deducted from your refund. We're unable to offer exchanges internationally, so for a different size please return for a refund and reorder.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days and are refunded as store credit.
