Meet the man behind the campaign. Chuck Junior is a multi-talented creative, working across industries as a model, an artist and a chef. He is also the face of our Hidden City Collection and long term friend of the brand.
What are your top 3 pieces from the collection?
The Blossom Ring looks Japanese inspired. It's simple but delicate and I'd say that's my number 1. Number 2 would be the Angel Wings, this ones hard and would definitely be on rotation. Third I would say the Memento Ring. I like the sovereign style and it just reminds me of classic British style.
London is looked at as one of the greatest cities in the world. What makes London great to you?
The diversity - thats what makes Britain great. For how small it is, there is so much life and creativity that comes out of it.
How do you find the balance between the chaos of the kitchen and the solidarity of the design studio?
Honestly, I find it difficult to balance life in general but life is always moving but at the same time, I use them as counterweights. Life in the kitchen is busy so outside of that I just want to create and take it easy.
Tell us about your latest exhibition - how did you find merging food and art into an immersive experience?
I feel like food & art influence each other and the exhibition allowed people to experience food as art. It opened up the dialogue for both of these things - that people put so much time and dedication into - to be seen as art pieces. Both mediums bring people together to create beautiful memories.
What city influences your style?
London - we've definitely got the edge when it comes to functionality. I spend a lot of my time in work clothes, in the kitchen. I also really like the gothic vibe mixed with Tokyo - I would describe my style as 'Anime Goth'.
