We are running business as usual however our couriers are facing delays so please allow extra time for delivery.
We will be extending our returns policy from 30 days to 60 days in light of COVID-19. This is to ensure that you do not need to go out unnecessarily to return any unwanted orders. We will assess this weekly to see if we need to extend it further.

Due to current circumstances, we have extended our returns period from 30 days to 60 days.Items must be returned in their velvet pouch and in perfect condition. We are unable to accept returns on earrings.

You will have received a free returns label with your order. If you don‘t have one, please email info@sergedenimes.com.
1) Fill out the returns form - make sure you tick refund or exchange
2) Seal up the package with the product and returns form inside and stick the free returns label to the outside
3) Take it to a post office

We recommend using a tracked service to return your order to us. We cannot refund for lost parcels that are not tracked.
