The Silver Serpentine Ring is one of the more iconic rings in the Zodiac collection. The ring features a rectangle face with the surface area carved out around the snake.
This is an adaptation of the resizable Snake Ring combined with the 'Serpens' constellation. The name 'Serpens' means “the serpent” in Latin. Serpens is one of the Greek constellations, first catalogued by the Greek astronomer Ptolemy in the 2nd century. The constellation is divided into two parts by Ophiuchus, the snake bearer: Serpens Caput, representing the serpent's head, and Serpens Cauda, the serpent's tail.
The Ring itself is manufactured of the highest quality Sterling Silver that is Hallmarked by the Assay Office with our own unique Hallmark. This can be identified globally by any trusted jewellers and the registration mark can be traced online. The Ring features a sterling silver body, with brass shoulders with 2 cobras, which pays homage to both Caput and Cauda.
